CL-Sr. HR Generalist (外商軟體服務公司)

- Partner with various teams and the business to proactively understand the business and its objectives and identify needs, develop innovative solutions, improve and implement HR programs, policies and processes;
-based on needs, you need to see each process through from conception to implementation and work in close collaboration with global counterparts and cross-functional teams to enable the result while maintaining compliance and risk mitigation.
-Responsible for providing recommending approaches to take in response to issues, prepares applicable documentation, regular reporting and metrics, conducting analysis with a keen ability to drive efficiency in daily work.
- Apply solid well-rounded HR functional expertise and need to be knowledgeable of many issues like labor laws, employee compensation and benefits, staffing and training/coaching techniques.
- In addition, you will have opportunity to identify and implement policy design and process re-engineering for focus areas beyond your prescribed scope to achieve the goal.
- Other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years progressive relevant professional level HR experience in a fast-paced dynamic environment including but not limited to responsibility for implementation of HR operations, reporting, policies and programs for sizable complex business.
- Exceptional attention to detail and solid time management and multi-tasking skills.
- Integrity in work.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
