1. Develop and Execute short-mid-long team HR & Legal strategies in order to drive the sustainable growth for the company

2. Overview the over-all HR functions, including Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits ,Employee Relations and Labor Law Compliance

3.Renovate the current HR and Legal Policy and Process to fulfill the Regional Standard.

4.Special Requirement: Redundancy practices and Labor union relation are the must.

5.Special projects based on the top management’s request and demand.



1. 15 years in HR field with 8 years people management experience.

2. Has been HR Head at least 2 years

3. Solid knowledge in Taiwan labor law.

4. MUST have experience in labor dispute

5. Worked in MNC is plus
