The service dispatcher has the important role of supporting our turbine service technicians with their day to day tasks by arranging schedules, work preparation and tracking the progress. The service dispatcher reports to the Service Manager Taiwan.

▪ Arrange daily jobs for service teams and contractors on a timely basis.
▪ Collect and record progress for all service activities, tasks and projects carried out by the service team and report to the Service Manager. 
▪ Escalate progress problems to management as soon as they become apparent.
▪ Inform customers on a regular basis of planned work and answer work arrangement related questions.
▪ Maintain the various databases and prepare reports requested by head-office and supervisor.
▪ Review the remaining task database and WEC journal and organize necessary material.
▪ Review the reports completed by the service technicians and arrange appropriate follow up action.
▪ Confirm the correct qualification of technicians when assigning work.
▪ Generally try to achieve the aims and objectives set out by the company.
▪ Fleet management.

▪ The employee should be able to work under pressure, make and carry out planning. 
▪ He/she should have a proactive attitude, be self-steering, well organized, emotionally stable and an excellent communicator. 
▪ He/she should be familiar with Microsoft office applications and have good English and Mandarin language skills. 
▪ Work in shift.
