SA-Customer Service Manager/Supervisor

This position is responsible for the leading Customer Service team to align with Sales to achieve sales goal by working closely with the internal organization and leverage the relationship of direct customers and business partners to maximize the benefit/revenue within Asia region. 
This role requires strong managerial ability including personnel supervision, assuring organizational process creation and adherence to accomplish goals. 
As a team leader to inspire and motivate the team by seeking and eliminating barriers/limits which constrain each individual for continuous improvement to reach/exceed goals on a regular basis. 
This position will perform a variety of complicated tasks and work collaboratively across departments. Other details are like: 
• Lead team to align with internal/external counterparts to exceed sales goal. 
• Sets goals for the team and determines team objectives. 
• Monitor team productivity and motivate the team to reach/exceed set goals.
• Evaluate and improve team organizational processes as continuous improvement. 
• Supervise team in accordance with company policies and procedure. 
• Delegating, supervising and motivating team member to provide best-in-class service to internal/external clients. 
• Provide coaching and training for customer service staffs. 
• Conduct employee interviews, orientations and hire/lay-off staff as well as manage employee performance review and develop a plan. 
• Being actively involved in strategic proposal to management team to raise customer satisfaction and account improvement plan 
• Handle complex and critical escalated customer service issues 
• Lead team to manage specific supplier performance evaluation program request by strategy customers to achieve highest score result 
• Propose sales/operation strategy by comprehensive International trade knowledge to comply with multi-country tax regulation within Asia region to get the best interest of company 
• Motivate team to align and interact with market, product, engineering, and sales for pre-sales activities to comply with company goal – market driven 
• Perform duties assigned by top management
