HR Recruiting & Staffing Manager

Major Areas of Responsibility:
1. Plan the global recruiting and selection strategy with thorough implementation plan, including recruiting channel selection and management, effective talent acquisition development and management, etc.

2. Design best practice programs and mechanism of recruitment and selection to recruit and select the best suitable talents and insure of qualified talent pool, monitor effectiveness and drive results.

3. Design recruitment, selection and employment policy, process and procedure to support strategies and mechanism, meanwhile, ensure of global consistency of recruiting and selection.

4. Assist to educate and equip all people managers and interviewers required recruitment and selection knowledge and skillsets to ensure an effective and consistent recruitment.

5. Build employer brand and supporting programs in line with Corporate brand image to attract talent, meanwhile, incorporate employer brand into critical talent acquisition initiatives.

6. Lead team manage recruitment initiatives, system, data and report in quality, furthermore, provide insights and recommendations for management decision.

7. Support and work with other HR teams to live value in all aspects of recruitment and selection.
