MG- 外商保健食品 徵 Sales Manager

Position purpose:
To assist in the development and implementation of agreed strategic plans across All Channels in the Taiwan market to achieve business objectives, sales and profit targets.

Responsibility:
-Achieve ex-factory & corresponding in-market sales targets for different channels
*Online / Ecommerce
*Offline e.g. Drugstores, Personal Care stores, Hypermarkets, Supermarkets , Health Food stores etc.
*TV shopping
*Others e.g. Hospitals, specialized channels etc.

-Work closely with distributors /wholesalers to ensure excellent execution of agreed sales plans
-Develop customer specific report book capturing ex-factory sales reporting, in-market sales reporting, instore sales reports, account promotional plans, trade investment log, customer P&L’s
-Measure promotion effectiveness & price elasticity of promoted products, to maximize return on the account’s trade spend investment
-Analyse quarterly ex-factory and invoice sales data to identify sales, share and profit opportunities.
-Provide monthly sales & spending forecast for department head & financial review by Country Manager
-Review monthly inventory & replenishment plan of distributor / wholesalers to ensure agreed stock coverage

-Prepare Business Presentations including New Product introduction, Business Reviews & company introduction to new customers
-Prepare monthly board report commentary, providing insights into the account’s performance
-Attend in-field visits for all channels to drive performance and identify new business improvements and work with customers both internal and external to drive outcomes.

Requirement:
-Minimum 8 years sales experience, with 3 years Key Account Management Experience in FMCG.
-Channel: In charge of Cosmed/SingTong/Poya/ TVShopping.
- Experience of managing distributor or Wholesalers
- Fluency in English, Mandarin, written and spoken
