HR Supervisor (Payroll experience)

1. HR Operations
A. Manage day-to-day all rounded HR services in Taiwan offices
B. Ensure the payroll, statutory filing, tax returns and employee benefits administration are completed on time and accurate
C. To compile all data needed for regional initiatives or programs such as the Annual Performance & Salary Review
D. Manage / execute HR policies and provide solution to the Management
E. Keep abrest of the Government requirements for employer, Labour Act, market trend and common practice and report to the Management promptly
F. Maintain good filing system of personal profiles and handle the ISO audit or other audits from
G. Prepare the HR budget
H. Handle all HR related duties in professional, ethical and legal manner

2. Recruitment
A. Overview recruitment status by working closely with the Officer, Human Resources
B. Review and approve manpower resources requisition forms and salary proposals
C. Approve the recruitment cost

3. Employee Relations
A. Handle the ER activity plan and drive the activities to meet the schedule
B. Review the communication event
C. Review the findings from the exit and grievance interviews with all concerned staff and report
D. Enhance employee services from recruitment to termination as well as employee engagement and prepare monthly HR and Administration reports.
E. Handle the ER budget plan

4. Oversee the general administration functions such as office leasing, equipment supplies, management of insurance policies and related matters, etc

5. Other ad-hoc projects as assigned

1 Degree holder in Human Resources
2 Possesses minimum 5 years HR and Office Administration experience
3 Familiar with Taiwan Labour Ordinance and related regulations
4 Work experience in electronic engineering company is an advantage
