Store Manager (Luxury Industry)

Job Distribution:
Reports to: Retail Manager
Supervise: Supervisor / Sales Staff / Stockroom Assistant
- Be a presence leading on the shop floor, act as a brand ambassador and role modelling MCM behaviors.
- Motivate and direct others to meet or exceed targeted sales goals.
- Drive store performance and productivity.
- Create and maintain strong customer focused culture by driving sales and business through developing the skill level of the Store's salesperson.
- Lead by example, ensuring every customer receives a positive brand experience.
- Inspire and manage a high performing positive team.
- Ensure that standards are being followed including floor sets, cleanliness, marketing, signage and sales promotion.
- Build relationships with the customers to ensure long term business growth.
- Ensure compliance in all areas of store operations including customer service, loss prevention and safely and human resources.
- Assist in recruiting and hiring top talent, responsible for developing a sales-oriented team.
- Responsible for visual presentation and display of merchandise is impactful, customer focused and maximizes sales.
- Ensure all store related sales & expense supporting document is to be submit led to the Finance department on a timely basis per the company policy.
- Ensure all procedures and checking is done pertaining to any goods delivery. Discrepancies must be reported on a timely basis per the company policy.
- Upkeep of the store inventory in an accurate & safe manner to ensure that all merchandise are properly stored & packed (minimize damages to our stock).
- Safe guard all store merchandise from theft & ensure daily stock count is accurate.
- Report any stock loss lo direct superior immediately.
- Ensure monthly stock lake is conducted to highlight any discrepancies and report to the Finance department and head office on a timely basis per the company policy.
- Act as a bridge for communications between front line staffs and office. Deliver positive message, energy and clear directions to the team.

Basic salary: TWD70-75K x 13 months + Incentive
Incentive: max of 80% of monthly base salary subject to achievement of KPI target
