MG-MG-Sales specialist (Biotech company )

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly ,yearly sales target and objectives. 
  • Develop high value customer accounts through the sale of Molecular Devices' products and services.
  • Responsible for control and motivation of sales channels (distributors) to meet agreed targets and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain all account/contact details within MD’s SFDC

database. Utilizes same to effectively monitor and direct customer purchasing activities.


  • Provide information and guidance to the revenue planning, monthly forecast review, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Proactively identify and enhance opportunities to improve customer

satisfaction with MD’s products through sound technical and product advice.

  • Close to Work in collaboration with Corporate , Marketing, Service and other business functions, to achieve the agreed target.




  • B.S./B.A. or M.S. degree in a scientific discipline ( Cell biology,

biochemistry preferred).

  • Well developed strategic sales skills with proven ability to develop and grow key accounts through networking at all levels on the customer organization.
  • 2-year working experience in sales or application support preferred in life science market in Taiwan.
  • Highly motivated and successful individual who enjoys a challenging and dynamic work environment.
  • Strong desire to win business and establish long term customer


  • Excellent time management, organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player with exceptional interpersonal skills.
