This position will be placed under the Sales department

Job Description

  • Design program, rundown and help complete smoothly the execution of the whole meeting
  • Locate and survey vendors and assess the coordination throughout the correlation procedures
  • Allocate and control budgeting for each meeting
  • Position and assign manpower into the right situation
  • Supervision and execution the activities of the meeting
  • Planning for meeting calendar of the whole year

 

Personal Specifications

  • Education background: University graduate or above
  • Minimum relevant requirements: More than 4-year working experiences in event conducting or business group travels planning
  • Special Skill Requirement: Proficient PC skills and MS Office software operation
  • Creative, well organized and detail minded. Proof of performance on distribution
  • planning, project management, and channel management
  • Language: Good in English
  • The most challenging part of the job: Creative and can work under pressure. Willing to travel.
