[桃園蘆竹] Supply Planning Assistant Manager_供應計畫副理

l   Oversee in time inventory replenishment to each shop to optimize order fulfillment at each center and balance national inventory to sustain stable supply at Taiwan market.

l   Collaborate with Headquarters/ABG Busan Hub to monitor and trace demand replenishment and forecast position to optimize inventory availability and keep DOS (Days of Sales) at adequate level.

l   Handle government regulation and import/export associated inquiry consultations. Build good relationship with local customs and resolve the issues from customs/FDA officers to smoothen import cargo release to market.

l   Collaborate with Headquarter Transportation Operation (GTO) team for global regulation and tariff projects. Handle international transportation procedures and coordinate with related parties, including headquarter, regional distribution hub, and local bureaus, logistic providers to ensure smooth product supply to meet market business demand.

l   Periodically review forecast and supply for hero items/new product launch and promotion thru S&OP (Sales & Operation Planning) meetings to ensure sufficient product supply. Initiate and direct the contingency plan for promotion to well prepare for promotion/new launch.

l   Set up the scorecard to manage the performance on inventory planning at market level and shop level to ensure the market demand fulfillment

l   Supervise the inventory adjustment, requisition accuracy and cycle count difference improvement to make sure the consistency on physical stock and book.

l   Well manage aging inventory and reduce E&O (excess and obsolete) inventory value at timely manner.


Person Specifications

l   Education background: Bachelor’s Degree or above, preferred in Supply Chain or Logistics management field.

l   Minimum relevant requirements:  Over 6 years of relevant supply chain and logistics experience, familiar with import/export regulation/ procedure.

l   Special Skill Requirement:

-Good interpersonal skill

-Good analytical ability

-Good negotiation skill

-Leadership skills  

-Strong decision making and problem resolving skills

-Excellent communication skills and have experience in negotiating with Government Bureau (Customs, FDA)

-Must be able to deliver clear and concise communication and respond with sense of urgency.

-Working with international colleagues and customers may require fluctuation in hours due to time differences

l   Language : Fluent in English reading, writing and oral communication

l   Most challenging part of the job:

-Forecast change or production constraints without any notice from ABG Forecasting/Planning team to cause possible stock shortage or excess.

-Challenging from local customs issues, audit.
