MG-eCommerce Manager 電子商務經理

Job Distribution:

1. Sales lead of main company EC in ambition to become number 1 health and beauty multichannel retailer.
2. Cooperate with Trading and cross functional teams to plan and execute EC sales development strategy to achieve KPI targets.
3. Promotional planning and execution of multichannel or EC only campaigns and events. 
4. Be aware of competitor activities, look within country and outside of country to look for partnership opportunities and things we can learn from and apply 
5. Managing consumer experience/journey on Ecommerce platforms including cross border, focusing on traffic, conversion and sales
6. Able to utilize all digital assets including social, APP, websites to connect the total user journey and experience and driving KPIs
7. Experience in CRM in eshopper management to drive eshopper and multichannel members active rates, frequency, spend etc
8. Collaboration and partnership with various brands and organizations
9. Analyze and provide insight to reports

1. University graduate 
2. 8 years+ experiences in EC. Previous O2O experience, successful experience in Ecommerce retailing with digital agency background a plus
3. 3+ years manager experiences.
4. Experience in PM and proficient negotiation experiences a plus
5. Excellent presentation capabilities, high market sensibility, and ambitions to achieving high performance goals.
6. Genuine interest in all things digital
