Senior HR (Talent Management)

Developing talent ahead of needs and creating environments for ensuring high performing engaging workforce are the primary goals of the position. Working closely with business leaders and HR teams, Talent Management Director will responsible for driving talent development and engagement through talent analytics to guide better business decisions, talent planning (performance management, talent and organization review, succession planning, and internal movement), employee engagement, and organization development and effectiveness to support business growth globally. Building and accelerating execution of the Asia talent strategy is the highest priority for the position.



• Bachelor Degree in human resources or business management is required; master degree preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of working experience in Human Resources.
• Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in talent management and development experience.
• Strong track of record of talent and organization development especially in Asia and preferably globally leading a function in a high growth environment in multiple national corporations that yields to measurable and positive business outcome.
• Global experience required, working across cultures and geographies.
