Responsibilities:
* Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job description, posting ads and managing hiring process.
* Review resumes and interview candidates.
* Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
* Create effective on-board plan and make improvement
* Assist in performance management processes

Requirements:
* Bachelor degree in HR/Business/Sociology related.
* Outstanding communication, influencing, interpersonal skills
* Excellent organizational & business abilities
* High persistent, enthusiastic, self-motivated and positive
* Fresh graduates are welcome. Training provided.

1. 負責整體招募甄選流程,包含撰寫JD、刊登招募資訊、審核履歷、面談人選。
2. 協助HR相關事務,包含員工關係、績效審核、教育訓練等。
3. 計畫以及執行新人報到流程。

1. 大學畢業,人力資源/商業管理/社會人文相關科系。
2. 堅毅不撓、充滿熱忱活力、主動積極。
3. 擁有卓越的溝通能力、組織力、說服力以及商業思維。
4. 無工作經驗可,提供培訓。
