MG-Assistant Brand Manager (FMCG)

工作內容:

To assist brand manager and provide support in:

• Develop / implement brand plans to achieve business / marketing objectives and tactical plan.

• Brand marketing plan execution and routine management including A&P spending and project post evaluation.

Brand Planning

• Assists in developing brand plans, which includes business objective, strategy and tactical plan.

• Prepare P&L analysis and proposal decision options. Provide pre/post ROI evaluation.

Promotion development and implementation

• Develop/execute the promotion campaign to achieve the volume, value budget and other marketing objectives.

• Monitor and give timely feedback to distributor / sales team for continuous improvement on trade execution.

• Project post evaluation for each project to ensure efficiency.

Advertising and Research

• Assists brand manager in developing creative and research brief.

• Assists brand manager to develop TVC and implement research project.

• Assists brand manager to develop communication and implement media plan.

Competitive intelligence

• Collect competitive information to help brand manager to take proper marketing actions

Product Innovation

• Participate new product development projects.

• Collect related marketing trend, analysis to help brand manager to develop NPD.

 

 

工作條件:

- Demonstrates proactiveness and a sense of urgency in seeking our opportunities to drive the brand in line with business direction

- Sound analytical and commercial awareness, experience in managing above and below the line brand marketing activities.

- Sound interpersonal and communication skills.

- English fluency.

- Able to demonstrate leadership skills from past work experiences.

- Experience in OTC/FMCG marketing or familiarity with pharmacy channel executions is plus

- Consumer Marketing /FMCG industry experience/ Pharmaceutical experience

- Independent, ability to work well under pressure, positive thinking and open-minded for the team work.

- Experience about qualitative and quantitative study

- Infant/GUMP/Diaper/Baby related categories experience is plus

- MKT related experiences 3 to 5 years

- At least master degree
