Key Responsibilities:
 Sourcing, selecting and screening candidates
 Candidate management
 Scheduling interviews
 Assisting in and conducting interviews
 On-boarding successful candidates
 Working closely with agencies and outsourcing companies
 Liaising with senior management
 Carrying out additional projects and reporting
 Any other task as required
Skills and Attributes:
 Experience in a target-driven recruitment and HR role
 Relevant educational background is an advantage
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 Proven experience in project management
 Organized and methodical approach to administration and record keeping
 Excellent IT skills
 Trustworthy and discreet
 Flexible and adaptable
