- Develop and execute of sales and business partnership activities.
- Lead negotiation process with strategic partners to achieve KPIs. 
- Responsible for planning and defining the set of best sales and marketing practice.
- Plan and implement creative ways to promote and boost transactions.
- Communicate constantly with prospect merchants in person or phone and emails.
- Act as an outward-facing ambassador  direction, brand, and products.

- 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or similar client-facing role at payment gateway, banks, credit card companies, etc. 
- Previous experience and/or strong interest in outbound sales and prospecting.
- Thrive in a fast paced and unstructured environment; work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience and enthusiasm for launching new products disruptive to the market.
- Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects while paying strict attention to detail.
- Passion for financial technology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Good command of English (Korean is a plus).
