2. Rearises claim to Leadership.
3. Highly Achievement Orientated.
4. Advanced communication and negotiation skills (presentation and moderation skills, customer interaction skills).
5. Ability to lead global & cross-functional teams.
6. Intercultural awareness.
7. Persuasiveness & Courage of Convictions
8. Will have maturity to drive projects to desired outcome across regions & channels.
9. Excellent analytical skills and systematic work approach.
10. Entrepreneurial thinking and acting.

1. Degree in Supply Chain Management, statistic, business administration, sales/marketing
2. Proven track record in driving competitive advantage through demand fulfilment activities.
3. More than 8 years working experience in IT, semi-conductor industrial
4. Have Multinational Corporation working experience.
5. Advanced Business English & Japanese appropriate language skills as required
6. Understanding of Advanced Supply Chain concepts & comprehension of SCM software solu
7. MS Office & ERP applications (SAP)
