Executive Secretary to CEO

工作內容:

- Provide secretarial, administrative and business support to CEO.
- Manage  calendar, expense claim, filing, and travel arrangements.
- Responsible for internal, external and cross function communication, workflow and approval procedures.
- Prepare meeting materials, business reports, documents and presentation slides
- Coordinate internal and cross function meetings.
- Coordinate team activities and support major marketing events.
- Other tasks assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree and above in business major.
  • At least 4 years working experience in supporting executive levels.
  • Excellent English speaking, writing and reading skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Attention to details with good time management.
  • Can work in fast pace company
