NL-Sr. Training & Development Supervisor

1. Integrate the training resources, coordinate managements, employees, and consultants to fulfill training needs.
2. Utilize and manage the mobile learning as part of development resources.
3. Coordinate, schedule and conduct orientation, OJT, and other training projects for new hires and current employees.
4. Conduct training needs assessment, deliver training course according to department needs and annul training plan precisely
5. Update current training trends and technologies and apply them as needed.
6. Handles related tasks as assigned.


Education background: University graduate or above, majored in HRD, Training ,
Education or MBA is a plus.

Minimum relevant requirements: At least 3-year experience in HRD field, multinational
company is preferable
Special Skill Requirement:
Good communication and presentation skills, excellent in MS office
Capable of problem solving
Good in planning and well organized
Good communication /Interpersonal skill
Team Player

Language: Good command of written and spoken English is necessary
Most challenging part of the job : Able to work independently, adapt to change and
quick response to training needs.
