MG-Marketing Manager (OTC and modern trade)

Job Responsibilities:

• Ascertain the required financial performance both revenue and EBITDA of health care portfolio.

• Ascertain overall business development and commercial strategy in existing products, and NBD including new transitions, local BD and acquisitions of health care portfolio.

• Brand positioning, marketing strategy, and annual plan implementation.

• New product development, planning, and execute new product launch.

• Planning and execute ATL & BTL marketing budget and plan including budget allocation, ROI and P&L.

• Monitor and evaluate promotional activities and efficiency.

• Execute the creative advertising program and liaise with media buying agency.

• Analyze market trend and customer favor and commercial behavior.

• Follow regional / international guidelines to prepare marketing plan. Communicate with regional / international office to provide requested information and feedback.

• Other projects as assigned by Management.



• At least 5 years marketing experiences in FMCG industry; with candy and milk powder experience is a plus.

• Experiences with advertising and media buying agency are preferred

• University (Bachelor of Science) / Diploma major in Nutrition or related fields is preferable.

• Business graduate (Bachelor of Commerce, Business Administration) is acceptable with successful experience in FMCG industry

• Good commends of English in both oral & written

• Well organized, strategic thinking and efficient execution.
