MG-知名外商車商 徵 GL Accountant,近市政府站

-General accounting tasks and accounting related duties
- Review invoices for appropriate documentation, perform booking and approval prior to payment
-Process ad-hoc payment requests
-401 and withholding tax submission
-Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies
-Assist in month end closing
-Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
-Organizes and maintains retention files for required period of time
-Prepare periodic reconciliation report for revenue, cost analysis, indirect tax, VAT, inventory and fixed asset
-Prepare governmental and statutory filing as needed
-Prepare monthly breakdown and follow up on needed transactions
- Main contact window for financial and tax audits

Qualification and Skills:
Bachelor\'s degree preferably in accounting
- Ability to adapt quickly, learn new tasks independently and manage competing priorities
- Professional experience (in years):
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an accounting firm
- 3-4 years of experience working in Accounting-tax/cost accounting field preferable
-GL accounting background
-Understanding of accounting processes, procedures and internal controls
-SAP knowledge desirable.
-Good in English
