- Responsible for player repairs, charger maintenance and to test and upload Company’s equipment onsite.  As Taiwan Technician, you are responsible for providing technical support as requested to site issues and staff training.

-Additional responsibilities would consist of logistics (packing, dispatch, delivery).  The Taiwan Technician  will need to be aware of safety legislation and keep their workstation clean and tidy. They must ensure that they request sufficient stock of components for repairing faults on players.

- Keep the Regional Account Manager informed of any problems and work with this person to ensure that Players are available to service Client & Visitor requirements.

-Be the local contact point for suppliers, the Global Service Centre and any other parties as required to fulfil this role.

- Responsible for maintaining players, peripherals and parts inventory and sharing this with the Regional Account Manager so that the required inventory can be maintained at the Client site.

-Ensure that all local Governmental and Client regulations regarding the maintenance and disposal of Company equipment are adhered to.  

-Providing feedback to the Global Technical Services Manager, ensuring all repair work is efficient and to the highest quality.

•    Good analytical and problem solving skills.  Be able to work as a team.  Friendly, self-motivated and creative.

•    Ability to solve problems tactfully and constructively

•    Ability to be decisive

•    Be prepared to accept responsibility.

•    Flexibility required with regards to global impact of role and business needs.
