HR Generalist (外商新創公司) #MG
The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, to build strong relationships with company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.
Implement, maintain, check attendance and leave management system for all local employees.
Communicate with payroll vendor, insurance vendors and labor lawyer and provide all necessary information for payroll calculation including retirement package and insurances. POC for local employees on HR, payroll, insurance etc related matters.
-Provide full life cycle of recruitment from drafting of job advertisement, posting of advertisement, screening and selection, on boarding and separation.
-Administer and audit employee contracts to ensure legal compliance.
-Be responsible on data entry in HRIS system and maintain HRIS system up to date.
-Prepare Weekly/Monthly HR Reports for Recruiting, new hires & leavers and local HR projects status
-Liaise with Finance Department to provide information on payroll as necessary.
-Assist in salary wages survey and benchmark.
-Plan and execute training for local employees. Administer training registration, organize payment and maintain proper training records.
-Assist to trigger the performance appraisal process (confirmation / year-end) and provide advice to the line manager and employee on performance related enquiries.
-Support people managers on employee relations related issues.
-Coordinate expatriates related works such as immigration matters etc.
-Administer benefit program management.
-Plan, execute and assist in organizing employee engagement survey, internal teambuilding events and community events.
-Attend regular meetings to update local HR related matters.
-Perform any other ad-hoc task as required.
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
-5+ years' of experience working in Human Resources
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Solid knowledge of local labor legislation and practices.
-Payroll processing experience for both salary and hourly employees
