Job description:
 PO tracking, processes booking CBC in CRM when PO received.
 Provide price quotation, delivery update and pick up tracking
 Process TSMC shipping document (ASN and e-Invoice)
 Revenue recognition check list completion, acceptance letter collection, and SR creation for JCAN
 System return coordination between SOP and site managers, including Lam’ RMA document preparation, customer return process tracking, and final return process completion to factory
 PR SAP submission and GR, wafer delivery
 Ad-hoc support

Education and Experience Required:
 Bachelor degree or above
 2+ years of working experience
 Basic understanding of order fulfillment process and SAP is better
 With good Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint skills
 Good English communication skills (TOEIC700)
 Good teamwork skills
