職務抬頭:

Reception & Administration

工作內容:

1. Responsible for daily reception work including greeting guests, answering incoming calls, providing postal mail and courier services.
2. In charge of the office administrative work including purchasing office supply, checking vendor service quality as well as monthly invoices and receipts.
3. Office environment equipment management and Conduct periodically office equipment maintenance.

4.Coordinate and support leadership team meetings, events and all up organizational projects
5. Co-work with the temporary receptionist and provide coach and support when needed.

需求條件:

University graduated

Minimum 2 years of work experience in admin

Fluent in English

Excellent level of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)

Detail oriented & Positive Thinking

Passionate to support the team
