1. Inbound Logistics Sr. Executive
Job Description
• Supervise overall logistics operation (both import and export) for delivery arrangement and schedule fulfillment
• Monitor and liaise with freight forwarders/carriers and third party logistics to maintain service level and comply with KPI standard
• Maintain accurate data updated, good documentation and report for analysis
• Coordinate with difference department on logistics arrangement
• Support reporting and inbound volume forecast
• Provide recommendation to those problematic areas
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirement
• University graduate in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
• At least 5 years of solid experience in Supply Chain industry especially inbound operation
• Knowledge in import/export declaration and operation flow
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and work within a team and across functions.
• Good PC knowledge in MS Office; strong in Excel and SAP
• Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese
• Self-motivated, independent, strong analytical skill, detail oriented and good organization skills
• Immediately available is preferred

2. Outbound Logistics Sr. Executive
Job Description
• Participate in logistics planning, costing, reporting, & management to meet business requirements.
• Gather, analyze, and compile data related to logistics management. Prepare analyses in a manner that effectively support decision making.
• Define, drive, and manage recurring & high impact business process and reporting to ensure consistent and accurate business operations.
• Oversee DC & transportation planning, continues process improvement, & inventory management.
• Be the front-line support to solve or escalate issues and support resolution development.
Requirement
• University graduate in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in Logistics field; MNC or FMCG industry is preferred.
• Knowledge in operation in planning, reporting, analysis, DC & inventory management
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and work within a team and across functions.
• Good PC knowledge in MS Office; strong in Excel and SAP
• Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese
• Self-motivated, independent, strong analytical skill, detail oriented and good organization skills
