MG-外商FMCG/Digital Marketing Executive(績效/KPI分析)

Position Summary
You will be part of a fast growing Digital Team, which facilitate day to day cross functional communications internally and externally. In this position, you will have the chance to participate in various digital marketing planning also tracking day to day digital communication status, figuring out how to improve and optimize Infant Nutrition’s consumer/ user experiences

Position Snapshot
-Nestle Infant Nutrition in Taiwan
-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in marketing and digital related studies
-3+ years experiences in media agency , experienced in managing digital/ media buy for consumer brands/ products
-Day to day cross functional collaborations
-Diverse working environment

A day in the life of Digital Communication Specialist
-Planning digital marketing campaigns, including media planning, web experience optimization, WOM, and SEO/SEM
-Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals ( ROI and KPIs)
-Identify trends and insights, optimize spends and performance based on the insights
-Collaborate with internal teams, media & website agencies, other partners to optimize user experiences

To succeed in the role the following experience and competencies will be essential
-3+ years of experience as digital marketing
-A strong team player, also able to work independently
-Proactive with a strong problem solving mindset, great knowledge of web analytics tools
