PE-C&B Specialist / HRBP
1. To complete monthly salary calculating accuracy based on attendance, allowance, staff movement records from colleagues & dashboard, policy
2. To provide all C&B related regular and simulation reports.
3. Assists labor dispute & government labor inspection cases
4. Suggest change of bonus scheme for better motivation and implementable & effective staff cost management action plans by analyze regular staff cost report.
1. Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 year experience including C&B in HR field.
2. Good analytical & problem-solving skill.
3. Experience on handle labor dispute case.
4. Self-motivated, talkative and willing to help others.
5. Expert in all Taiwan employee-related laws and regulation.
