2. 招募選用專案協助(校園徵才、產學合作等)
3. 市場薪資資料蒐集、薪資績效制度設定
4. 薪酬相關實務經驗
5. 教育訓練實施與課程規劃
6. 跨部門溝通與協調性佳、配合度高
7. 文件流程改善與建檔
8. 其他人力資源相關工作及主管交辦事項協助
條件:
大學以上畢業
3年以上HR相關工作經驗,1-2年招募經驗
