Job description

• Maintain daily delivery schedule in a timely manner. 

• Monitor the performance of shipping forwarder, import agent and import broker. Ensure the imported orders go through customs formalities on agreed timeline, in good condition 

• Track domestic and imported shipment delivery to make sure all shipments arrive in time and intact

• Monitor warehouse & BTQ incoming and outgoing shipments and conduct monthly cycle count 

• Cross department to co-ordinate to ensure proper processing of all orders 

• Consignment items management

• Inventory control 

• Product license management 

• Reporting-daily/weekly/monthly

Qualification

- University degree with Business or Finance/Supply Chain related major. 

- 2year practical business experience (with logistics function is a plus). 

- Good command of English in speaking and writing. 

- Work independently and under pressure. 

- Good analytical and communication skills, MS Office skills (Excel, PPT, etc.).
